BCS Compatible Temperature Sensors
Our temperature sensors are built on high quality Vishay 1% tolerance thermistors. We have a wide variety of mounting types and lengths to fit just about any vessel or need without sacrificing accuracy. All are epoxy potted in 316 stainless ends. (The flange on tri clover tri clamp style sensors is 304 stainless). All measure 8 feet from the tip of the sensor to the end of the cable.
Straight Mount BCS Temperature Sensors
Straight Mount BCS Temperature Sensors are designed to be secured with a compression fitting or dropped into a thermowell. A compression fitting mount allows sensors to be quickly removed from the vessel for cleaning and also provides for some depth adjustment prior to brewing. (Never make depth changes when hot liquid is behind the sensor!) Available in lengths of 4", 6", 8", 10" and 12". 1/4" in diameter.
Male NPT Integrated BCS Temperature Sensors
MPT Integrated BCS Temperature Sensors feature a probe end welded into an MPT thread. More economical than providing a separate compression fitting, these are a great choice for installations that don't need to be disassembled as often. Available in lengths of 2", 4", 6", 8" and 12" (measured from face of the threaded fitting to the tip of the fake rolex sensor end) with both 1/2" MPT and 1/4" MPT threads.
Tri Clover Tri Clamp Style Flange Mounted BCS Temperature Sensor
Tri Clover Tri Clamp Style Flange Mounted BCS Temperature Sensors are for applications where sanitation is paramount or an easy to remove installation is required. Available in lengths of 3", 5" and 7" (measured from the face of flange to tip of sensor) in a 1"/1.5" tri clover tri clamp flange and 3" length in a 2" tri clover tri clamp flange.
